Having run across both today, I might note that the relatively young allAfrica news aggregate has CBS beat in the grammar department.
In other news, I'm trying to educate myself about Africa, and I'll pass along two links about the resale of donated used clothing on the continent and its impact on the economy. (The first links is older but still relevant.) Dumping by U.S. charity organizations has helped to put the pinch on native African textile industries, yet tariffs meant to counteract this effect at the same time hurt the lower-class middlemen who scrape together a living scavenging, buying, and selling the insanely popular used U.S. merchandise.
