Programming note

I made an effort to post every day last month in an attempt to clear out my posting backlog. (OK, I had to backdate that post on the 29th due to it not going up when planned, but still.) It sort of worked - I'm almost through my account of my Silent Hill 4 playthrough, for one - but I still have a lot of material that didn't get to a finished state last month. I think the daily posting schedule contributed to the problem, actually: having to post something every day meant that I didn't quite have the time I needed to finish up certain lengthier posts that demanded more than a couple hours' work.

What I'm saying here is that while I'm on track to repeat daily posting in February, I don't think the streak's gonna hold. I'm gonna shoot instead for every three days, which will still spur me to be more productive but give me time to put those longer posts together. Something to which everyone will look forward, I'm sure.
